Milestones
We dismantled the crib this week and moved our youngest into a bed. So far, so good. We first set that crib up in our old house eight years ago, and it’s odd to have it come down for the third and final time. I wish our kids had spent more time in that crib and less weaseling into our bed, but I don’t hold that against the crib.
On top of that, Kate also had her first go at bowling today, since we went to the Patterson Bowling Center in Baltimore to enjoy some duckpin bowling at a friend’s birthday party. (It’s “the oldest operating duckpin bowling alley in the nation.”) All three kids bowled for almost two hours, and had a blast.
